You can utilize the Rescan Ports feature by clicking on either its
toolbar button or its icon listed under the Fax Devices section of the
Tool Window. When this control is clicked, RelayFax will attempt to
automatically detect all fax devices accessible to the RelayFax Server.
Occasionally, you may need to rescan your ports after starting RelayFax
or in the event of some error. If the server is unable to detect your
modem you can use the Manual Add feature to enter your modem's
information manually.
From the RelayFax Server:
- Click Tools.
- Click Rescan Ports.
