Command Line Switches for the RelayFax Client (98) Print

  • 0

From a command prompt, you are able to send faxes. You can send attachments or just plain text. Here is a list of command line switches that can be used with the faxclnt.exe to send faxes.

/a – AutoFax - The fax will be automatically sent (no user intervention). The user must setup the FaxClnt.ini file to provide the proper fields for faxing to the client (the manual describes this under 'Sending Faxes Programmatically').

/s - Display - Shows the GUI on screen rather than starting in the tray.

/StiDevice - AutoScan - FaxClient will immediately start scanning documents using the default scanner settings (no user intervention).

/i= - Fax image file path. This is a path to a bi- color .TIF image suitable for faxing. Must be bi-color .TIF file.

/f= - file attachment. Document to attach to the fax (can be specified more than once).
