How do I enable SSL/TLS for SMTP and POP3 protocols in RelayFax? Print

Note: You will need to ensure you have SSL/TLS properly configured within your mail server to support these security features for SMTP and POP3.

RelayFax Server:

SMTP:

1. Open the RelayFax console
2. Click the File menu
3. Click RelayFax properties...
   
4. Click Mail Server
5. Check Enable SSL/TLS
6. Click OK
   

POP3:

1. Open the RelayFax console
2. Click the Tools menu
3. Click Mail sources...
   
4. Click on the server you wish to enable SSL/TLS for
5. Click Use SSL/TLS
6. Click Replace (Repeat steps 4-6 for each server you wish to enable SSL/TLS for)
7. Click OK
   

RelayFax Client:

1. Right Click the RelayFax Client icon in the system tray
2. Click Properties...
   
3. Click Server Settings
4. Check Enable SSL/TLS
5. Click OK
