This article explains how to configure a mail source in RelayFax.
On the Mail Sources tab, you will specify the POP3 mail hosts from
which the RelayFax Server is to collect mail to be processed and faxed.
RelayFax will connect to each one of these hosts, collect any waiting
messages, and then process these messages based upon the criteria
designated on the Rules tabs of this same dialog.
From the RelayFax Server:
- Click Tools
- Click Mail Sources
- In the Server field, enter the server name or IP address (ex: domain123.example.com or 192.0.2.124)
- In the Logon field Enter the POP3 Username for that account on the specified server
- In the Password field enter the POP3 Pass value that accesses the mail account on the specified server
- Check the Remove Downloaded Mail from This Server box
- Click the Add button
- If you are popping more than 1 account, repeat steps 3 -7
- Click Apply
- Click OK
