This article explains how to have RelayFax automatically add accounts when an email is received from the user.
From the RelayFax menu bar:
- Click Accounts.
- Select the Account Manager option.
- Check the box for Automatically Add Accounts When First Fax From Them Is Received.
- To restrict this functionality so that only MDaemon accounts are added check the box for Only Automatically add my MDaemon users.
- Click OK.
WARNING: When using this feature, RelayFax will accept messages from anyone who sends them until the maximum number of accounts has been reached. If you wish to limit or control permissions to your RelayFax Server do not use this feature. Disable this checkbox and then manually enter those addresses that you wish to grant permission to use your RelayFax Server.
Additional Comments
This feature is only active for the first 60 days of a RelayFax Server's life span. After that time this feature is permanently disabled unless you have purchased an unlimited license size of RelayFax.
