Have RelayFax generate a confirmation for each fax (208) Print

When sending faxes via email, you need to enter a macro manually in the email to have RelayFax generate a confirmation.  If you are using RelayFax with MDaemon, you can use a content filter rule to generate a confirmation for each fax.

Open MDaemon and from the menu bar:

1. Click on Setup
2. Click on Content Filter
   
3. Click on the New Rule button
   
4. Select If the TO HEADER contains from the conditions
   
5. Select Append Standard Disclaimer from the actions
   
6. In the Rule Description box, click on contains specific strings
   
7. Enter RelayFax@example.com and click Add (Where example.com is the domain name)
   
8. Click Ok
   
9. In the Rule Description box, click on specify information
   
10. For footer text, enter CONFIRMSEND:true
    
11. Click Ok
    
12. Click Ok
    

Additional Comments

user01@example.com is the address in our example for the RelayFax server account.  You should replace it with your RelayFax address.
