By default, when RelayFax collects faxes from the mail server to be delivered outbound, it uses the POP port 110. Google requires secure connections, so RelayFax will need to be configured to collect the faxes via POP over a secure connection. Use this KBA to configure RelayFax to collect via POP over port 995.
From the RelayFax GUI:
- Select Tools
- Select Mail Sources
- Fill in the following fields:
- Server: pop.gmail.com
- Logon: Full email address of the RelayFax account

- Check Use SSL/TLS
- Select Add
- Verify that you've selected your new entry
- Select OK
- Explore to the \RelayFax\APP directory
- Open the RelayFax.ini file with a text editor, such as Notepad
- Do a find for 'PopOut=' without the quotes
- Update the port from 110 to 995
