You have a network printer to which you would like to print faxes, however it is not showing in the list of available printers.
- In the RelayFax server console select a fax in the Received Faxes tab
- Right click on the fax and choose view/edit
- The fax will open in the RelayFax viewer.
- Click File->Print setup.
- In the lower left corner of the dialog box choose Network.
- This opens another box which lets you choose any network printer.
Once a printer has been chosen you can then go back to the RelayFax and click on Rules >Default fax rules > Select printer and then the printer will show up in the list of available printers.
Additional Comments
If you are running RelayFax as a service, you may also need to set up Network Resource Access credentials in order to successfully use a network printer. That is located in RelayFax under the File menu.
