How to activate or deactivate your ActiveSync registration key Print

Activation:

In the MDaemon GUI:

1. Click the Help menu
2. Select Activate your Alt-N Software
3. Click Activate Your ActiveSync Software… (This will launch the Alt-N Product Activation Wizard)
   
4. Click Next
   

If activating automatically over the Internet:

1. Select I want to activate automatically over the Internet (If Internet access is available on the MDaemon server)
2. Click Next
   
3. Click Finish
   

If activating manually over the Internet:

1. Select I want to activate manually (If no Internet access is available on the MDaemon server)
2. Click Next
   
3. Browse to http://www.altn.com/activation/ from a machine that has Internet Access
4. Enter the information displayed on the MDaemon machine on the web form
5. Click Generate
6. Enter the activation code in the field provided within the Activation wizard
7. Click Next
8. Click Finish
   

Deactivation:

In the MDaemon GUI:

1. Click the Help menu
2. Select Activate your Alt-N Software
3. Click Deactivate Your ActiveSync Software… (This will launch the Alt-N Product Activation Wizard)
   
4. Click Next
   
5. Click Finish
