How do I change the email icon name on my BlackBerry Enterprise Server (BES) activated device?
In the MDaemon console:
- Click the Accounts menu
- Click Edit Account…
- Double-click on the account of the email icon name to be changed
- Select BlackBerry Enterprise Server
- Type the desired name within the Name field (ex. example.com)
- Click OK
The changes will take a few minutes to appear on the device
