MDaemon 13.5.x: Configuring Email Templates within WorldClient Print

WorldClient's LookOut theme now supports email templates. This feature allows users to configure a predefined response they can insert into the body of a message. Use this KBA to configure an email template within WorldClient's LookOut theme.

To create a new Email Template:

1. Login to WorldClient using the LookOut theme
2. Select Options
3. Select Email Templates
4. Enter a title for the Email Template in the Title field
5. Enter a description for the Email Template in the Description field
6. Enter the Standard Response into the body
7. Select Add
   • To add multiple Standard Responses, select the New Email Template button

To apply the Email Template to a message:

1. Login to WorldClient using the LookOut theme
2. Compose a new message
3. Select Templates (user may need to toggle the advanced options button)
4. Select the template to insert
