If your emails are stuck in local queue, this could simply means some performance issues and that MDameon is expecting you to check few OS and Hardware related areas before it is reported to THOBSON SUPPORT DESK for any further troubleshooting;
1. If you navigate to the Local queue folder on the server itself, by default \MDaemon\Queues\Local, do you see any LCK files in the folder? Any abnormally large messages here?
3. If there are no lock files, open the Task Manager, select the Performance tab, and click on "Open Resource Monitor." Select the Disk tab in the resource monitor while the messages are in the queue and inspect the Disk Queue Length graph. Is it pegged out at 100% or very high or is it stable? If it is high or maxed out, it could indicate disk input/output limitations, MDaemon is waiting for the disk to write data before it moves on to the next file (message) to write. If MDaemon and the user/public folders exist on the same disk, this issue can occur for busy servers. Are user/public folders on a network drive or share or NAS or on the same disk as the MDaemon installation?
Please check all the areas mentioned above and ensure that you have the latest version of MDaemon, this is very important. MDaemon issues and releases patches and updates very frequently to address any reported issues or to improve performances from time to time including addition of new features to provide admins with maximum controls.
