How to identify access of that user to MDaemon Mail Server from any device?
SOLUTION:
Navigation: Accounts Menu > Account Manager > Account Editor > ActiveSync for MDaemon > Clients
This screen displays information about any ActiveSync clients associated with the user's account. From here you can assign an ActiveSync Policy for each client, control various client settings, remove clients, remotely wipe them, and reset the client statistics within MDaemon.
In the user's ActiveSync menu in the Account Editor, you can bring up which clients have accessed the account and when.
Double-click an entry, or right-click the entry and click View Client Details, to open the Client Details dialog. This screen contains information about the client, such as its Client Type, Client ID, last login time, and the like.
For mail clients, review the Hiwater.mrk file in the user's primary directory and search for [IMAP-Device-IPs] and [POP-Device-IPs] for POP3 clients. This will display the IP address and last connect date for MDC, IMAP, and POP3 clients.
The [LastAccess] section of the Hiwater.mrk will display other relevant data, such as the last Webmail/WorldClient access.
