Review SecurityGateway configuration settings and export to a XML document Print

This article explains how to review SecurityGateway's configuration settings in a single report, and how to save it to an XML file. This can be helpful for documenting your configuration for future reference, for submitting an issue to Alt-N technical support, or for troubleshooting issues on your own.

Procedure

1. Log into the SecurityGateway Administration website with a global administrator account
2. Click on Setup / Users in the bottom-left corner
3. Locate the System section 
4. Click on View Configuration
5. Review your configuration settings by scrolling through the page if desired
6. Click the 'Download XML File' button at the top of the page to save a copy of the configuration to an XML file on your local machine.
