How to change what directories are used by SecurityGateway Print

  • 0

This article explains how to change which directories SecurityGateway uses to store various information, such as message and traffic transcripts, the inbound message queue, message attachments, and so forth. This can be useful if you wish to store information on a different drive than SecurityGateway.

From the Dashboard, after logging in with a global administrator account:

  1. Click on Setup/Users in the bottom-left corner
  2. Locate the System section
  3. Click on Directories

You are then presented with the seven directories that SecurityGateway uses to store information. You can change the path for any one of those values from this screen. The directory does not have to exist before entering it - if it does not exist, SecurityGateway will create it for you.

Additional Comments

These settings affect all domains on the server, and thus can only be changed by a global admin.
