How do I change the Web address which is given in the welcome message that SecurityGateway sends out to new users in order for them to access their account?
Log into the SecurityGateway server using a global administrator account
Click on Setup / Users in the bottom-left corner
On the left-hand side look for System
click on HTTP Server
Enter the hostname of the SecurityGateway server in the 'Host Name (used to create login links)' box.
Enter the ports in the HTTP Ports and/or HTTPS Ports boxes
Click Save

Note that 'http://' or the required port are not necessary in the Host Name box, as they will added by SecurityGateway in the welcome message sent to new users if they are not already present.
