How do I change the password on my account in SecurityGateway?

  1. Open your Web-browser and go to the address setup for the SecurityGateway server. If you have never logged in before, you should have an email giving you some information on what address to use and how to log in. If you do not have this email, please contact your system administrator or IT department.
  2. Once you are logged in, locate the section labeled 'Account Settings' in the right-hand pane
  3. Click on 'Change Your SecurityGateway password'
  4. In the Change Password section, enter your new password in the 'Password' box
  5. Re-enter the password in the 'Password (confirm)' box
  6. Click Save (the blue floppy-disk) at the top
  7. Click on 'Sign Out' in the upper-right corner to log out of the SecurityGateway site

Note that the above requires you to know your current password. If you have forgotten it, please use the Reset Password button on the SecurityGateway logon page, or contact your system administrator or IT department for assistance. Alt-N Technologies cannot retrieve lost or forgotten passwords for SecurityGateway accounts.
