What do I do if I think SecurityGateway is performing strangely?
SecurityGateway runs on a Firebird database and there is a possibility that it can become corrupted due to various causes, such as a hard drive problems. If you are having issues with being unable to connect to SecurityGateway or getting an error when attempting to back up the database, there may be a corruption issue with the Firebird database that may need correcting.
