I previously used IMAP to collect my emails. Now that I've created a new profile for the Outlook Connector, all my 'Sent items' have vanished! How do I get them back?
Outlook's IMAP functionality differs from most standard IMAP clients in that it stores sent messages on the local PC rather than in a 'Sent items' folder on the server. Your sent items will most likely be in your previous Personal Folders PST file and will need importing back into your new Outlook Connector profile.
