Why are folders in Outlook Connector the correct language and the server is English?

In Outlook Connector 2.1.0, Outlook Connector added support for system folder names (Drafts, Calendar, Contacts, etc) being translated in Outlook but in English on the server.  This is to prevent duplicate folders when WorldClient is using English folder names on the server.  This is enabled by default for languages that do not have a localized MDaemon (Danish, Dutch, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish).  To enable it for another language, after creating the Outlook Connector account, but before starting Outlook with it, edit the account's 'config.xml' and change the switch '' from 0 to 1.  Depending on the Operating System of the client machine, the path should be:

\Application Data\Alt-N\Outlook Connector 2.0\Accounts\$PROFILE NAME$\user@domain.com
