I have third-party plug-ins installed with Outlook. Could they be causing problems with Outlook Connector?
It is a possibility that Outlook Connector and your plug-in might not work together. Here are some known plug-ins that are not compatible with OC:
- Lookout for Outlook
- NOD32
Remove these plugins or disable them and the problems should go away.
Additional Comments
Any AntiVirus or real-time scanner product should not be scanning Outlook or the localcache.db file.
