Outlook Connector is not sending the task acceptance email once I accept a task from someone else.
he only known reason for this is the task was assigned to an alias address, for example:
Real account - Megan.Ball@example.com
Alias - user01@exmaple.com = Megan.Ball@example.com
When assigning a task to user01@example.com, Outlook (and Outlook Connector) has no way to know that user01@example.com is essentially the same as Megan.Ball@example.com. Outlook only knows about the actual email address and not the alias.
To work around this (until we can fix it in OC if possible), send tasks to the Megan.Ball@example.com address instead of the alias.
