PLEASE READ THIS EMAIL PROPERLY AND UNDERSTND as this going to be the main file used to configure all your devices and their configuration.
ADMINSTRATIVE PANEL:
You should login to https://portal.thobson.com/login using your own profile and existing user/password;
Once you login, on the main HOME page or the Dashboard, you should see the OX Management option as shown below;
Once you are in the OX Management Console, you can manage user, create users, edit and change password and do all the administrative tasks from here;
END-USER CONFIGURATION AND SETTINGS:
The following generic guidelines are used to configure mail clients either POP or IMAP and other options are detailed below.
PLEASE NOTE: The Word “YourDomain.com” has to be replaced with your actual domain name.
Webmail Access
Webmail can be accessed from anywhere with access to internet using the following url;
http://webmail.YourDomain.com or https://us.appsuite.cloud
POP3 Setup Configuration
POP can only be used for a single computer. emails aren't synced in real time. Instead, they're downloaded and you decide how often you want to download new emails.
You can open your messages from OXApp Suite in other mail clients that support POP, like Microsoft Outlook, to configure your email account within an email application, use the information below.

IMAP Setup Configuration
IMAP can be used across multiple devices. Emails are synced in real time.
Set up IMAP and change your SMTP settings to read OXApp Suite messages in other mail clients, like Microsoft Outlook and Apple Mail. When you use IMAP, you can read your OXApp Suite messages on multiple devices, and messages are synced in real time.

Calendars and Contacts
To access your calendars and contacts on your personal devices, you need to configure your client to connect to CalDAV for calendars and CardDAV for contacts. Use the information below to configure your client.
