Send Email
a) Send and respond to email.
· Send an email: Click Compose, enter your recipients and message, and click Send
· Respond to an email: Click any message to open it. Click Reply, enter your message and click Send.

b) Delete or archive email you no longer need.
1. Select one or more messages by checking the boxes next to them.
2. Choose an option:
· Delete a message: If you want to delete several messages, at the top, click Delete. Or, you can point to a single email and click Delete.
· Archive a message: If you want to archive several messages, at thetop, click Archive. Or, you can point to a single email and click Archive. Archiving moves the message out of your inbox, but you can easily find it later with Search.
c) Find your messages.
· In the serach box, type what you’re looking for and click Search.
· Looking for something specific? Click the Down arrow for more options.

d) Organize your inbox with labels, which are similar to folders.
Create a label:
1. In the top right, click Setting and select Settings.
2. Click the Labels tab.
3. Scroll the label section and click Create new label.
4. Enter the label name and click.
You can also create nested labels, which are like subfolders.
Apply labels to email:
1. In your inbox, check the boxes next to the email you want to apply a label to.
2. Click Labels
3. Check the boxes next to the labels you want to add and click Apply.
Add a color to a label:
1. In the left panel, point to a label and click More.
2. Point to Label color and choose a color. Or, click Add custom color.
3. (Optional) To remove a label color, point to Label color and click Remove color.
4. (Optional) To see all email with particular label, in the left panel, click the label's name.
