How does support for SecurityGateway work?

During the term of your SecurityGateway license's subscription, you are entitled to priority email support, and free phone support, during our regular business hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time. If the subscription time on your license expires, you may still take advantage of our free email support, with a three-to-five business-day turnaround time, or our phone support at US $90.00 per issue.
