Setting up Inbound Fax Rules to use Caller ID information with RelayFax 7.0.6 (18) Print

This article explains how Caller ID information can be used to route incoming faxes.

From the RelayFax Menu Bar:

1. Select Rules.
2. Select Inbound Fax Rules.
   
3. Select the radio button for If the CND (Caller ID) information.
4. From the drop down list select the option for the desired behaviour.
5. In the field for This text enter the text that you would like to search for in the Caller ID string.
   
6. In the window for Then do this with the incoming fax, select the action that you would like to be taken.
7. Click the Add Rule button.
8. Click the Apply button.
9. Click the OK button.
