RESOLUTION
- Sign out of and exit the Lync client.
- On the local machine, browse to the following location: C:\Users\%username%\appdata\local\microsoft\office\15.0\Lync\
- Delete the folder named: sip_yourusername@cscc.edu
- Sign in to the Lync client.
- Please Note -- the initial download of the contacts cache can take up to 30 minutes!
