Dear Valued Customer,
We will be having network maintenance Starting Thursday May 9th. We will also be running updates Friday May 10th, and Saturday May 11th due to the volume of firewalls requiring updates.
We need to update the firewall(s) on your account to patch it due to a vulnerability found that Cisco alerted us about. These updates will take place between 9:00pm EST and 12:00pm EST. Expected downtime is about 15 minutes.
If your firewall has already been updated you can ignore this message as those firewalls will be skipped. However you will still receive this notification even if your firewall has already been updated.
