Dear Partner
Effective 01 June MDaemon Technologies has advised Thobson Technologies to closely work with Partners who ASP - Sales Partners who lack technical competencies and require POC and demo for their client.
The reason we are announcing this is a big change on our partners directory or 'FIND-A-PARTNER page on our website where customer has compliant that some partners have failed to provide timely response to customer. As a result and to address this issue, we are making two changes on our partners portal;
a. Partners with zero clients or zero sales, will be removed from the listing unless they are able to achieve their threshold.
b. However they will remain our Partner until the end of year and once the Partner's competencies are achieve and we will work closely with them to help them close deals and achieve targets to retain their Partnership status.
