Dear Valued Customer,
*WHY CHANGE*
With the recent inflation and economy conditions in globally, customer in APAC region, specially Middle East region, there has been frequent currency fluctuation and customers paying in their local currencies have had issues with conversion rates so we have moved all customers on one single base currency which is USD$.
*THE IMPACT*
1. The only impact you will see is the past invoices because the billing system can only carry one currency symbol so our old invoices shown on the system will show a USD$ sign. So customers who has paid AED100 will see USD100 instead on the past invoice.
2. For any further invoices, you will also see the current dollar payments for the same of updating and maintain the expiration dates per products' base price.
*WHAT IF I WANT TO PAY IN LOCAL CURRENCY*
a. Customer who wish to pay in local currency, must contact their local billing office or Key Account Manager to request an invoice in their respective currencies with the proper tax applied to it.
*I NEED CLARIFICATION OR HAVE QUESTIONS*
If you have any queries or queries, please consult to your local billing team or write an email to billing@thobson.com.
As usual, we appreciate your business and we thank you for your usual cooperation.
