As you are aware that the current situation in Pakistan, where US$ Dollars are not easily at banks and in market. The documentation required by the local Banks and State Bank of Pakistan has made it very difficult for us to remit the funds to respective service providers like MDaemon, Barracuda, Acronis, CudaConnect and a long list of supplier and vendors and service providers with no physical presence locally.

Also, the regulators have imposed a 15% remittance tax on each transaction.  On top of that the currency fluctuation is another issue which and, in some cases, we end-up by charging a higher or a lower amount to customer resulting in an unfair method of doing business.

In the light of above facts and obstacles that are causing delays, and in order to make sure that your services and products are renewed on time and does not get suspended for non-payments or for any delays, we are therefore asking all the customers and partner to renew their product using the following options;

a.       You can pay using Credit Card and we will work with respective principal to help you pay online.

b.       You can initiate the wire transfer directly to the Distributor in USA and we will help you initiate this and we will help you pay this at a discounted price too.

c.       If you wish to pay in Pakistan, please note that we will only accept conversion rates at which the dollars are physically available and not the open market listed rates.  A 15% Remittance Tax is also being applied to it.



In all the cases, you will keep and retain your incentives and discounts even if you are making a direct payment to principal or distributor.
