REMINDER: June 30 — Changes to Enom’s sub-reseller model

This is a reminder about the upcoming changes to Enom's sub-reseller model. Please note that the original date of June 19 has been moved out slightly. The changes outlined below will now take effect on June 30, 2020.

 

You're receiving this email because you are a sub-reseller of, Thobson Technologies Inc, who is a direct Enom reseller. Currently, sub-reseller accounts, like you, are able to create and manage their own sub-reseller accounts. However, as of June 30, 2020, this functionality will no longer be supported.

 

On June 30, any sub-reseller accounts you have set up under your own account will migrate to your parent reseller, Thobson Technologies Inc.

 

Please note, you will continue to be able to support sub-retail accounts as you do today.

Here are the key events:

The restructuring of our sub-reseller model will take place on June 30, 2020. We have already reached out to your sub-resellers to ensure they've bee  informed. Please carefully review the information below.

What's happening What's happening
On May 19, we reached out to your sub-resellers to let them know they will migrate to Technologies Inc on June 30.
On June 30, your sub-reseller accounts will migrate to your parent reseller, Thobson Technologies Inc
  • You will no longer manage or have the ability to create sub-reseller accounts.

 

Here's what you need to do

Our hope is that you won't need to complete any work to accommodate this change. While there is no action required on your part, we recommend that you:

  1. Review our Knowledge base article to ensure you have full context
  2. Review the email that will be sent to your sub-resellers
  3. Direct your sub-resellers to contact Thobson Technologies Inc at domain.manager@thobson.net if they have questions or concerns
