As we address a pandemic that will no doubt become a chapter in the history books, our commitment to you will not waver.

These are challenging times for businesses all over the nation. Should you have any special needs or accommodations necessary, please reach out directly. The Thobson Technologies family knows this is not a 'business as usual event. During past natural disasters and emergency situations we have expedited the deployments of servers for our partners, customers and various first responders and emergency personnel. If you know of an organization needing immediate help, please pass along that we are prepared to assist at any time.
In addition, we have facilitated and opened few new features for you to be able to work remotely;
1. SUPPORT is still 24/7: All employees are working with same duty schedule and if there is any support escalation and if you are not able to talk to us, you can use live chat or request a call back using our ticket system by sending an email to support@thobson.com.
2. Support Ticket System: Since staff are working remotely on a duty roaster to cover all shifts, customer are requested to send all email to support@thobson.com so an officer on duty can attend your email instantly.
3. Renewal Payments: Since all domains and products expire on time and will be blocked by respective registrar, we are facilitating customers for direct wire transfers, paypal, credit card and online bank transfer as an alternate payments methods, please contact your local offices and or account managers for the same.
Taking care of our employees, who serve you every day
Supporting our Thobson employees during this crisis period is critical to providing you with the services you need and expect. We have taken action as COVID-19 has spread, to protect the physical well-being and financial security of our employees so that they are in a position to care for their health while also supporting our customers. Many employees are now working remotely, and we will also be transitioning several of our customer service centers to this remote working structure. As these employees make the transition, we might see an impact on wait times for our phone or email service. During this time, you can find immediate answers to your questions on the Thobson Website.
